    Leatrice B. Johnson, whose last known address is c/o John Johnson, 926 East 129th Street, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose address is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Leatrice B. Johnson, the place of residence of each being unknown; TD Bank, USA, N.A., whose last known address is 2035 Limestone Road, Wilmington, DE 19808, otherwise whose address is unknown; Delores Johnson, whose last known place of residence is 1094 Battles Avenue, Akron, OH 44314, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; John Johnson, whose last known place of residence is 542 Winding Bluff Way, Clarksville, TN 37040, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Discover Bank, whose last known address is 502 East Market Street, Greenwood, DE 19950, otherwise whose address is unknown; and World Credit Fund III, LLC, whose last known address is c/o Corporation Service Company, Statutory Agent, 50 West Broad Street, Suite 1330, Columbus, OH 43215, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on December 3, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $774.96 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 110-17-052

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 87 in the Stewart, Frisbie and Ford's Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot Nos. 373, 381 and 382, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 27 of Maps, Page 5 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 35 feet front on the Westerly side of East 129th Street (formerly Winowa Street) and extending back of equal width 91.23 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 27th day of July, 2022.
