    956451—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Robert L. Moore Jr., et al.

    Jeff DiFiore, whose last known place of residence is 1013 Belwood Drive, Cleveland, OH 44143, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Ebony Green, whose last known place of residence is 1300 Brimfield Drive, Apartment B8, Kent, OH 44240, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 30, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $2,087.86 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 136-05-041

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 311 in The Elworthy-Helwick Company's Extension of Home Gardens Allotment of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot No. 459, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 63 of Maps, Page 28 of Cuyahoga County Records, said Sublot No. 311 has a frontage of 38 feet on the Northerly side of Nelson Avenue, S.E. and extends back between parallel lines 156.50 feet with a rear line of 38 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 28th day of July, 2022.
