    957581—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Tatiana Tali Kurtisky, et al.

    Tatiana Tali Kurtisky, whose last known place of residence is 3143 West 58th Street, Cleveland, OH 44102, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 5, 2022, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his amended complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $512.09 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 016-11-013

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 4 in The Dennerle Re-Subdivision of part of Diodate Clark's Subdivision of a part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot No. 47, as shown by the recorded plat of said Re-Subdivision in Volume 25 of Maps, Page 5 of Cuyahoga County Records and bounded and described as follows: Beginning in the Easterly line of West 58th Street (formerly Gilbert Street) at the Southwest corner of Sublot No. 3 in said Re-Subdivision; Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said West 58th Street, 35 feet to the Northerly line of an 11 foot alley; Thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said alley, 139.80 feet to an angle; Thence Northeasterly to a point in the rear line of said Sublot No. 4, said rear line being the Westerly line of Zoar Court, S.W., 30 feet Southerly from the Southeast corner of Sublot No. 3 in said Re-Subdivision; Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Zoar Court, S.W., 30 feet to the Southeast corner of Sublot No. 3 in said Re-Subdivision; Thence Westerly along the Southerly line of said Sublot No. 3, 144.80 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of July, 2022.
