    960781—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Shela McCarthy, et al.

    Shela McCarthy, whose last known place of residence is 3975 East 64th Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Shelvie Hinzman, whose last known place of residence is 3975 East 64th Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Wendy Mae Hinzman, whose last known place of residence is 3975 East 64th Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Eugenia Chidsey, whose last known place of residence is 3975 East 64th Street, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Eugenia Chidsey, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 16, 2022, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $138.51 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 125-02-013

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Sublot No. 221 in the W. C. Schofield Resubdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lots Nos. 325 and 328, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 5 of Maps, Page 54 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Northerly line of Maurice Avenue, S.E., at the Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to Ruth Susman be deed dated November 8, 1950, and recorded in Volume 7096, Page 536 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Maurice Avenue, S.E., 39.87 feet to the Southeasterly corner of land conveyed to Margaret Hart by deed dated October 10, 1952, and recorded in Volume 7544, Page 235 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of land so conveyed, 40 feet to the Northerly of said Sublot No. 221; thence Easterly along the Northerly line of said Sublot, 39.87 feet to the Northwesterly corner of land so conveyed to Ruth Susman, as aforesaid, 40 feet to the place of beginning, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 1st day of August, 2022.
