956102—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Gheorghe Duca, et al.
The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Gheorghe Duca, the place of residence of each being unknown; Elke Brigitte Duca, whose last known place of residence is 12806 West Pleasant Valley Road, Cleveland, OH 44130, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Bianca Brigitte Duca, a.k.a. Bianca Goran, whose last known place of residence is 12806 West Pleasant Valley Road, Cleveland, OH 44130, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Oana Coughlin, whose last known place of residence is 2219 Augustine Drive, Cleveland, OH 44134, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Cornel Duca, whose last known place of residence is 3702 Bader Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44109, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on November 19, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,991.96 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 457-03-023
Situated in the City of Parma, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 181 in Basilio Imbrigiotta's Subdivision No. 2 of part of Original Parma Township Lot No. 22, Ely Tract, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 167 of Maps, Page 41 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 60.69 feet front on the Northerly side of West Pleasant Valley Road and extending back 136.24 feet on the Westerly line, 149.44 feet on the Easterly line and having a rear line of 60.14 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of August, 2022.
