Battle-King, whose last known address is c/o Ideaner Brooks, Fiduciary, 4066 Bushnell Road, University Heights, OH 44118, otherwise whose address is unknown; Ideaner Brooks, whose last known place of residence is 4066 Bushnell Road, University Heights, OH 44118, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Katheryn Gibson Turner, whose last known place of residence is 554 Marcus Circle, Richmond Heights, OH 44143, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Antoinette Battle, whose last known place of residence is 3966 East Antisdale Road, South Euclid, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Anthony Battle, whose last known place of residence is 11459 Mayfield Road, Suite 308, Cleveland, OH 44106, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Brenda Forte, whose last known place of residence is 10532 Cresfield Court, Reminderville, OH 44202, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Elton Battle Jr., whose last known place of residence is 655 Otter Creek Road, Edgewood, MD 21040, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Jerry Ward, whose last known place of residence is 12309 Benham Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44105, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 3, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $835.17 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 137-02-058

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being the Southerly 110 feet and Sublot #108 in LA Kelly No. 2 Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lot Nos. 452 and 453 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 15 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Northerly side of the Benham Avenue and extending back of equal width 110 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of August, 2022.
