    952604—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Eugene Gustus, et al.

    The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Eugene Gustus, the place of residence of each being unknown; Michelle Ragland-Stewart, whose last known place of residence is 13794 Cedar Road, Apartment UP, Cleveland, OH 44118, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; George Young, whose last known place of residence is 2275 Hepburn Avenue, Apartment 7, Dayton, OH 45406, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of George Young, the place of residence of each being unknown; Darrell Ragland, whose last known place of residence is 10411 Empire Avenue, Floor 2, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Terrence Ragland, whose last known place of residence is 961 East 78th Street, Unit DN, Cleveland, OH 44103, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on September 2, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $1,428.87 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 111-26-093

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 48 in The Country Home Company's Glen Haven Heights Allotment of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 2 Tract No. 10 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 54 of Maps, Page 28 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 38 feet front on the Easterly side of East 145th Street and extending back 139.16 feet on the Northerly line, 148 feet on the Southerly line and having a rear line of 39.01 feet, as appears on said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of August, 2022.
