Toni Yvette Smith, whose last known place of residence is 4125 East 153rd Street, Cleveland, OH 44128, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Carla Dunton, whose last known place of residence is 14100 Lake Shore Boulevard, Apartment 305, Cleveland, OH 44110, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Leslie Elaine Smith, whose last known place of residence is 23951 Lake Shore Boulevard, Apartment 605, Euclid, OH 44123, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Michael Dunton, whose last known place of residence is 908 Paxton Road, Cleveland, OH 44108, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; and Roy Gardenhire, whose last known place of residence is 6206 Butler Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44127, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on December 29, 2021, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $4,711.93 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 110-15-104

    Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known and described as follows:

    Known as being Sublot No. 213 and the Westerly 10 feet from front to rear of Sublot No. 214 in the Elworthy-Helwick Company's Forest Hill Parkway Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lots Nos. 372 and 373, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 66 of Maps, Page 16 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land bounded and described as follows:

    Beginning on the Southerly line of Arlington Avenue N.E. (formerly Durant Avenue N.E.) at a point 10 feet Easterly from the Northwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 214;

    Thence Westerly along said Southerly line of Arlington Avenue N.E. 35 1/100 feet to the Easterly end of a turnout between said Southerly line of said Arlington Avenue N.E., and the Easterly line of East 130th Street; Thence Southwesterly along said turnout 23.74/100 feet to the Southerly end of said turnout; Thence Southerly along said Easterly line of East 130th Street, 91.65/100 feet to the Southwesterly corner of said Sublot No. 213; Thence Easterly along the Southerly line of Sublot No. 213 and 214, 41 5/100 feet; Thence Northerly 106.90 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of August, 2022.
