959210—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Martin Schwager, et al.
The unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Martin Schwager, the place of residence of each being unknown; Bernice Schwager, whose last known place of residence is 4079 Linnell Road, Cleveland, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Bernice Schwager, the place of residence of each being unknown; and S K & G Corporation, whose last known address is 5503 Clark Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on February 7, 2022, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $17,103.11 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:
Permanent Parcel No. 431-21-001
Situated in the City of Brooklyn, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being part of Block "A" in the Bingham-Priest's Brookway Boulevard Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot No. 24, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 72 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Westerly line of Brookway Lane at the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to John P. and Jewel P. Hovan, by deed dated February 15, 1956 and recorded in Volume 8495, Page 654 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of land so conveyed, about 102.91 feet to the Westerly line of Block "A" as aforesaid; Thence Northerly along the Westerly line of Block "A" to the Southerly Bank of Big Creek; Thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Block "A" and along the Southerly Bank of Big Creek to the Northeasterly corner of Block "A"; Thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said Block "A" to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to The Kronenberger-Fodor Building Company, by deed dated June 9, 1961 and recorded in Volume 10163, Page 84 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of land so conveyed, 103.50 feet to the Northwesterly corner of land so conveyed; Thence Southerly along the prolongation of the Easterly line of Brookway Lane, about 5 feet to the Northeasterly corner of the Easterly line of Brookway Lane; Thence Westerly along the Northerly line of Brookway Lane, 45.06 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of August, 2022.
