    960740—Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio vs. John J. Lombardo, et al.

    John J. Lombardo, whose last known place of residence is 4037 Suffolk Road, South Euclid, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Joann Turk, whose last known place of residence is 4170 Ardmore Road, Cleveland, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Susan Vitale, whose last known place of residence is 4538 Edmond Drive, South Euclid, OH 44121, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; Lori Ann Sharaba, whose last known place of residence is 29441 Valley View Drive, Wickliffe, OH 44092, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown; the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of Lori Ann Sharaba, the place of residence of each being unknown; and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees, executors, administrators and legal representatives of John J. Lombardo, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 15, 2022, the undersigned, Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, filed his complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that by reason of default of the defendants in the payment of taxes, assessments, penalties and the interest upon real estate as delinquent the sum of $2,733.50 is due and unpaid and a first and prior lien against the following described real estate to wit:

    Permanent Parcel No. 701-15-039

    Situated in the City of South Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 191 in The Belvoir Land Company's Subdivision No. 4 of part of Original Euclid Township Lots Nos. 19 and 60, Tract 6, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 153 of Maps, Page 33 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 56 feet front on the Northeasterly side of Suffolk Road, and extending back 143.20 feet deep on the Northwesterly line, 131.42 feet deep on the Southeasterly line, and being 77.75 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

    Plaintiff prays that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said premises or be forever barred from asserting the same; that all taxes, assessments, penalties and interest due and unpaid, together with the costs of certificate of title, be found to be a good and valid first lien on said premises, that the equity of redemption of said premises be foreclosed, said premises sold as provided by law, and for such other relief as is just and equitable.

    The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of August, 2022.
