2021 EST 257890—In re: Estate of Eleanor Hovanec, deceased.
Unknown creditors of the Estate of Eleanor Hovanec, deceased, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on February 17, 2021, the undersigned, George P. Hovanec, filed an application in the Probate Court, One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the release of assets without administration in the matter of the Estate of Eleanor Hovanec, deceased, late of North Royalton, Ohio, who died January 6, 2021.
Said application is ordered set for hearing on the 9th day of April, 2021, at 9:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the Court may hear the same.
