2022 EST 271246—In re: Estate of Patricia Ann Chomiak o.w., etc., deceased.
Unknown creditors of the Estate of Patricia Ann Chomiak, o.w. Patricia A Chomiak, deceased, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 9, 2022, the undersigned, Melody J. Hopkins, filed an application in the Probate Court, One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the release of assets without administration in the matter of the Estate of Patricia Ann Chomiak, o.w. Patricia A Chomiak, deceased, late of Brookpark, Ohio, who died April 29, 2022.
Said application is ordered set for hearing on the 26th day of July, 2022, at 2:15 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the Court may hear the same.
