2023 EST 278144—In re: Estate of Albert P. Ferrie, Jr. o.w., etc., deceased.
Unknown creditors of the Estate of Albert P. Ferrie, Jr., o.w. Albert Paul Ferrie, Jr., deceased, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 2, 2023, the undersigned, Alberta Ferrie, filed an application in the Probate Court, One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, for the release of assets without administration in the matter of the Estate of Albert P. Ferrie, Jr., o.w. Albert Paul Ferrie, Jr., deceased, late of Olmsted Falls, Ohio, who died December 15, 2022.
Said application is ordered set for hearing on the 26th day of April, 2023, at 9:45 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the Court may hear the same.
