Two Memphis Juvenile Murder Suspects, Charged in Separate Crimes, Captured by U.S. Marshals

Memphis, TN – Two male juveniles, both aged 17, wanted for separate murders in 2023 and 2024 were captured by U.S. Marshals within two hours. The first murder occurred on December 14, 2023. Cornelius Bennett was found shot to death in the 1900 block of S. Third Street in Memphis. On January 20, 2024, a juvenile petition for First Degree Murder and Especially Aggravated Robbery was issued for the arrest of a male juvenile.
