Fender, Deceased, the last known address of each being unknown, will take notice that on March 5, 2024, the undersigned, Matthew Gilmartin, Administrator of the Estate of Mary J. Fender, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the estate of Mary J. Fender, Deceased, late of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, who died intestate on January 6th, 2022 and that letters of authority were issued to him on February 1st, 2024, and recorded in Case No. 2022EST275429 of the records of the Clerk of that Court; that to the best of his knowledge this Decedent did not have leave a Last Will and Testament; and that property of the decedent passes by the laws of intestate succession and it is necessary to determine the persons entitled to such property.
Plaintiff files this complaint for the court to determine who are or were the heirs of next of kin of the decedent, entitled by law in this State to inherit her estate according to the provisions of Revised Code § 2123.01 to 2123.07 or escheat to the State of Ohio, or a political subdivision thereof.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of May, 2024.
