Mateen, Administratrix, Fiduciary of the Estate of Edna Patton-Taylor, Deceased vs. Denise Hicks, et al.Anthony Decarlo Williams, Jr. and Unknown Heirs, Legatees, Devisees, Executors, Administrators and Assigns and their Spouses, if any, of Anthony Decarlo Williams, Jr., the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on April 3, 2024, the undersigned, Betty C. Mateen, Administratrix, Fiduciary of the Estate of Edna Patton-Taylor, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Edna Patton-Taylor, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on October 17, 2023, in Case No. 2023 EST 278811; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 24201 Yosemite Drive, Euclid, Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, PPN: 650-34-051 and further described as follows:
Situated in the City of Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 277 in the S.H. Kleinman Realty Company's Beverly Hills Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township, Tract 13, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 70 of Maps, Page 8 of Cuyahoga County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the estate (O.R.C. §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests and liens of the Defendant(s) be fully determined, adjusted and protected and that she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 18th day of June, 2024.
