Lichtenstein, Guardian of Mary Anne Gillespie, Ward vs. Mary Anne Gillespie, et al.Randolph Gillespie, whose last known place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 12, 2024, the undersigned, Mordechai N. Lichtenstein, Guardian of Mary Anne Gillespie, Ward, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named Ward, an adult, having been appointed as said Guardian on December 19, 2022, in Case No. 2022GRD275477; that said Ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 15611 Eldamere Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44128, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:

Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cayahoga, State of Ohio, and bounded and described as follows to wit: And known as being Sublot No. 1082 in the S. H. Kleinman Realty Company's Shaker Lee Subdivision No. 4 of part of Original Warrensville Township No. 62, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 115 of Maps, Page 12 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Northerly side of Eldamere Avenue S.E., 108 feet deep on the Westerly line, 107 feet deep on the Easterly line, and 40.01 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff further says that it is necessary to sell said real estate for the reason that Ward resides in a nursing facility and is not expected to return to the home. The sale proceeds are needed for ward's care and to obtain/maintain Medicaid eligibility.
The Plaintiff/Guardian prays that he may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 20th day of June, 2024.
