Schanz, Administrator of the Estate of Paul Dudek vs. Michelle Marie Schanz, et al.Unknown Next of Kin of Paul Dudek, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 4, 2024, the undersigned, Heidi L. Schanz, Administrator of the Estate of Paul Dudek, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Paul Dudek, who died intestate on November 8, 2023; and that Decedent's property therefore passes by intestate succession, and it is necessary to determine the persons entitled to such property.
Plaintiff files this Complaint for the Court to determine who are or were the heirs of next of kin of the Decedent, entitled by law in this state to inherit the estate according to the provision of the Ohio Revised Code §2123.01 to 2123.07.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 12th day of August, 2024.
