Mack vs. Marilyn Mack, et al.Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Marilyn Mack, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 28, 2022, the undersigned, W. Cory Phillips, Administrator of the Estate of Patricia L. Mack, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Plaintiff is the duly qualified, appointed and acting Administrator of the Estate of Patricia L. Mack, deceased, by virtue of his appointment as Administrator by the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, in Case No. 2022 EST 268042 on the docket of said Court; that said appointment was made on August 18, 2022; that said decedent, Patricia L. Mack, who was unmarried, is seized of a fee simple interest in real estate located at 15912 Westview Ave., Cleveland, OH 44128, which is more particularly described as follows:

Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 205 in the Lee Harvard Square Subdivision as part of original Warrensville Township Lot No. 72 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 94 of Maps, Page 8 of Cuyahoga County records and being 14.77 feet front on the southerly side of Westview Avenue, S.E., 41.18 feet on the curved turnout between the southerly line of Westview Avenue S.E., and the westerly line of Emery Drive S.E., 140 feet deep on the Westerly line, 111.75 feet deep on the Easterly line, which is also the Westerly line of Emery Drive S.E., and 35.46 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat.
Plaintiff further says that because the personal property of the Estate is insufficient to pay the debts of the Estate, it is necessary to sell the real property.
Plaintiff demands that subject real property be sold; that the rights, interests and liens of all parties, if any, be fully determined, adjusted and protected; and that Plaintiff be authorized and ordered to: sell the real property described herein; employ a duly licensed real-estate broker to assist in the sale of said real property; to incur reasonable sale expenses; and for such other relief to which Plaintiff may be entitled.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of October, 2024.
