Stralka, Administrator of the Estate of Peter Sandtner vs. Unknown Heirs, etc. of Peter Sandtner.Unknown Heirs and Next of Kin of the Estate of Peter Sandtner, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 12, 2024, the undersigned, Gregory T. Stralka, Administrator of the Estate of Peter Sandtner, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Peter Sandtner, Deceased, Cuyahoga County Probate Court Case No. 2023-EST-277497; that the decedent died without a will and the property of the estate will pass under the laws of intestate succession; and that after exercising due diligence, no heirs have been determined, making this action necessary to the administration of the decedent's estate.
Plaintiff requests for this Court to determine who are the heirs and next of kin of the decedent, entitled by the laws of the State of Ohio to inherit from the Estate of Peter Sandtner according to the provisions of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2123.01 et seq.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of August, 2024.
