Frederick, deceased, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on July 10, 2024, the undersigned, Debra J. Klypchak, Administrator of the Estate of Karen A. Frederick, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Karen A. Frederick, who died intestate on December 13, 2023; and that Decedent's property therefore passes by intestate succession, and it is necessary to determine the persons entitled to such property.
Plaintiff files this Complaint for the Court to determine who are or were the heirs of next of kin of the decedent, entitled by law in this state to inherit the estate according to the provision of the Ohio Revised Code §2123.01 to 2123.07.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of September, 2024.
