Legal Notice2024 ADV 290261—Andrew Legan, Fiduciary of the Estate of Joseph Leganshuk, Deceased vs. Andrew Legan, et al.Larry Leganshuk, whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 15, 2024, the undersigned, Andrew Legan, Fiduciary of the Estate of Joseph Leganshuk, Deceased, filed a second amended complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Joseph Leganshuk, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on December 22, 2023, in Case number 2023 EST 284258; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3822 Dawning Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44109, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 011-01-067
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublet No. 24 in the Pearl Street Realty Company's Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot No. 58, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 46 of Maps, Page 3 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 34 feet front on the Northerly side of Dawning Avenue, S. W., and extending back 108 8/100 feet on the Easterly line, 108 7/100 feet deep on the westerly line and 34 feet in the rear, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate at the request of, and with the consent of, all persons entitled to share in the estate of the Decedent upon distribution (ORC §2127.04).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 25th day of September, 2024.
