2024 ADV 290699—Timothy A. Boyko, Fiduciary of the Estate of Corinne Steele, Deceased vs. Cody Steele, et al.
Cody Steele, whose last known places of residence are 1050 Carpenter Road, Brunswick, OH 44212, 19565 Boston Road, Strongsville, OH, 44149, and 11633 State Road, North Royalton, OH 44133, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on July 26, 2024, the undersigned, Timothy A. Boyko, Fiduciary of the Estate of Corinne Steele, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Corinne Steele, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on January 5, 2024, in Case number 2023 EST 285325; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 11633 State Road, North Royalton, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 488-09-010
Situated in the City of North Royalton, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being part of Original Royalton Township, Section No. 19, further described as follows: Beginning in the Westerly line of said Section No. 19 which is also the center line of State Road, so called 66 feet wide, at a point distant North 0 degrees 21' 30" East, 761.12 feet from the Northwesterly corner of premises conveyed to Harry M. Asper by Deed recorded in Volume 1613, Pages 132 and 133 of Cuyahoga County Records, said place of beginning being also distant North 0 degrees 21' 30" East, 2462.57 feet from an iron monument at the Southwesterly corner of said Section No. 19;
1) Thence from said place of beginning North 0 degrees 21' 30" East, 100.00 feet along the Westerly line of said State Road to a point;
2) Thence South 89 degrees 45' 15" East 1810.17 feet to an iron monument;
3) Thence South 0 degrees 18' 05" West, 100.00 feet to an iron monument;
4) Thence North 89 degrees 45' 15" West, 1810.27 feet to the center line of State Road and place of beginning, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 7th day of October, 2024.
