Legal Notice2024 ADV 290942—Jeffrey J. Lutz, Administrator for the Estate of Marian Petrescu vs. Sebastian Petrescu, et al.Unknown Heirs-at-Law and Next of Kin of Marian Petrescu, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 2, 2024, the undersigned, Jeffrey J. Lutz, Administrator for the Estate of Marian Petrescu, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Marian Petrescu died intestate, a resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio on approximately January 1, 2024; that Plaintiff Jeffrey J. Lutz is the duly appointed administrator of the Estate of Marian Petrescu, carrying Cuyahoga County Probate Court case number 2024 EST 286275; and that it is necessary for this Court to determine the persons or entities entitled to receive or inherit Decedent's probate property.
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 2123 and other pertinent law, Plaintiff demands that the Court determine the following:
1. who is entitled by the laws of this State to receive an inheritance of the Estate of Marian Petrescu, deceased,
2. the shares to which each heir is entitled according to the statutes in such cases made and
3. provide for such other relief as the Court may determine to be fair, just, and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 16th day of October, 2024.
