Legal Notice2024 ADV 291070—Christian Carson, Administrator for the Estate of Cheryl Hunt, deceased vs. Evelyn Tucker, et al.Unknown, Unborn Heirs-at-Law and Next of Kin of Cheryl Hunt, Deceased, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 8, 2024, the undersigned, Christian Carson, Administrator for the Estate of Cheryl Hunt, deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Cheryl Hunt died intestate on November 30, 2023, a resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio; that Plaintiff Christian Carson is the duly appointed and acting Administrator of the Estate of Cheryl Hunt, deceased, Cuyahoga County Probate Court, Case No. 2024 EST 290627, and Letters of Authority were issued on August 5, 2024; and that it is necessary to determine all persons who are entitled to inherit such property and their respective interests in the Estate.
Plaintiff seeks an order of the Court for the determination of the heirs and distributees of the decedent Cheryl Hunt, and their respective interests in the estate, and to issue an Order declaring same.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 16th day of October, 2024.
