Hudock, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on September 4, 2024, the undersigned, Kiera Snyder, Guardian of Patricia M. Hudock, Ward, filed his complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named Ward, having been appointed as said Guardian on September 18, 2023, in Case No. 2023 GRD 282556; that said Ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3593 West 130th Street, Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 018-29-018
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, and known as being Sublot No. 917 in the Crawford Land Company's Subdivision No. 2 of part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 11, as shown by the recorded plat of said Subdivision in Volume 61 of Maps, Page 20 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 40 feet front on the Easterly side of West 130th Street, and extends back between parallel lines 105 feet deep, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
It is necessary to sell said real estate for the reason Patricia Hudock resides in a nursing facility and requires ongoing care and a spend-down of all assets that impact Medicaid coverage.
The Plaintiff/Guardian prays that she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 12th day of November, 2024.
