Gamble, Deceased, et al.Marcia Louise Holman, James Edward Holman, Jr., Brian Keith Holman, Rodney Christopher Holman, Reginald Samuel Pinder, III, and The Unknown heirs-at-law and Next of Kin, of the Estate of Ranelle A. Gamble, Deceased, their Executors, Adm'rs., Heirs, Legatees, Devisees and Assigns, if any, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 26, 2024, the undersigned, Cathie T. Chancellor, Co-Executor of the Estate of Ranelle Alease Gamble, Deceased and George R. Hicks, Jr., Co-Executor of the Estate of Ranelle Alease Gamble, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Plaintiffs are the duly appointed, qualified and acting Co-Executors of the Estate of Ranelle Alease Gamble, to whom Letters of Administration were issued on April 1, 2021, and recorded in Case No. 2021 EST 259024 of the court records; and that Decedent died testate, a resident of the City of Shaker Heights, Ohio on November 9, 2020.
Plaintiffs request that this Court determine the next of kin, heirs-at-law, their executors, administrators, legatees, devisees and assigns, if any, of Ranelle Alease Gamble, entitled by the laws of the State of Ohio to the inheritance, and determine the share to which they are entitled according to the law, court costs, and attorney fees, and for such other relief as the court may deem proper.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 13th day of November, 2024.
