McKinney, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 28, 2024, the undersigned, Carol R. Gedeon, Fiduciary of the Estate of Lawrence E. McKinney, Deceased, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Lawrence E. McKinney, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on June 13, 2024, in Case number 2023 EST 278839; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3020 East Derbyshire Road, Cleveland Heights, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:

Situated in the City of Cleveland Heights, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio, And known as being Sublot No. 20 in the Coventry Park Land Company Subdivision No. 2 of part of original Euclid Township Lot No 49, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 63 of Maps, Page 25 of Cuyahoga County Records and being 48.43 feet front on the Southerly curved side of East Derbyshire Road and extending back 137.03 feet on the Easterly line, 129 20 feet on the Westerly line and having a rear line of 50.09 feet, as appears by said plat.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 13th day of November, 2024.
