Stinn, Fiduciary of the Estate of Fred Earl Hoffman, Deceased vs. City of Rocky River, et al.Unknown Next of Kin of Fred Earl Hoffman, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 30, 2024, the undersigned, Michael E. Stinn, Fiduciary of the Estate of Fred Earl Hoffman, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Fred Earl Hoffman, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on August 14, 2024, in Case number 2024 EST 290467; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 2745 Wagar Road, Rocky River, Ohio 44116, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 304-05-028
Situated in the City of Rocky River, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 6 in Home Gardens Subdivision of part of Original Rockport Township Section No. 17, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 134 of Maps, Page 3 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 50 feet front on the Easterly side of Wagar Road, and extending back 229.82 feet deep on the Northerly line, 229.72 feet deep on the Southerly line and 50 feet wide in the rear, as appears by said plat.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 19th day of November, 2024.
