Barnes, Deceased vs. Charles Freddie Guice, et al.Jeff Pierce, Ashley Pierce Starr, Bryan Combs, John Combs, Monica Stone Ogle, Milton Stone, Kelly Stone, and Unknown Heirs, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on September 17, 2024, the undersigned, James Bart Leonardi, Fiduciary of the Estate of Stanley Keith Barnes aka Stanley K. Barnes, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Stanley Keith Barnes aka Stanley K. Barnes, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on May 24, 2024, in Case number 2024 EST 287778; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 6612 Hidden Lake Trail, Brecksville, OH 44141, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:

Situated in the City of Brecksville, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being all of Unit No. 6612, Bldg. 1 together with the undivided percentage of interest in the Common Areas and Facilities pertaining thereto, in the Grand Bay of Brecksville Condominiums, as established by the Declaration of Condominium Ownership and By-Laws for said Condominium, recorded in Volume 88-4334, Page 33 et seq. and First Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium Ownership and By-Laws recorded in Volume 88-6288, Page 7 xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx et seq. and by Second Amendment to said declaration recorded in Vol. 89-2751 Pg. 16 et seq. and by Third Amendment to said declaration recorded in Vol. 89-5520 Pg. 9 et. seq of Cuyahoga County Records, and as shown by the Drawings recorded in Volume 72, Pages 90-99 Inclusive and Volume 73, Page 00, Volume 74, Pages 40-45 inclusive, and by drawings recorded in Volume 76 of Condominium Maps, Pages 21 through 31 inclusive and by drawings recorded in Volume 78 of Condominium Maps, Pages 59 through 88 inclusive of Cuyahoga County Records be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of November, 2024.
