Rosalina, Fiduciary of the Estate of Robert Calabrese, Deceased vs. Richard Rini, et al.Richard Rini, whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on August 27, 2024, the undersigned, Joseph K. Rosalina, Fiduciary of the Estate of Robert Calabrese, Deceased, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Robert Calabrese, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on March 1, 2024, in Case number 2023 EST 285535; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 9409 Orchard Avenue, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 432-18-079
Situated in the City of Brooklyn, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and described as follows: And known as being Sub-Lot No. 398 in the Memphis Property Company's Memphis Villas Subdivision No. 2 of Part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot No. 18, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 102 of Maps, Page 4 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Southerly side of Orchard Avenue and extending back of equal width 115 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 9th day of December, 2024.
