Michols, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on September 30, 2024, the undersigned, Glenn Sobola, Administrator of the Estate of Theodore C. Michols, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he was appointed Administrator of the Estate of Theodore C. Micols, Case No. 2022 EST 275340 on 07/19/2023; that decedent deceased on September 23, 2022 while an unmarried resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio; and that upon information and belief, decedent never married and had no children.
The Administrator prays the Court to take all actions necessary to determine the heirs and distributees of the decedent together with their respective interests in the estate.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 12th day of December, 2024.
