Comodeca vs. Dieter Meyer, et al.Unknown Next of Kin/Heirs at Law of Frank Comodeca, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 15, 2024, the undersigned, Elizabeth A. Goodwin, Administrator of the Estate of Frank J. Comodeca, filed a complaint in the Probate Court 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Frank J. Comodeca, who died intestate on July 24, 2024; and that the property of the decedent passes by intestate succession and it is necessary to determine the persons entitled to such property.
Plaintiff files this Complaint for the Court to determine who are or were the heirs of next of kin of the decedent, entitled by law in this state to inherit her estate according to the provision of the Ohio Revised Code §§2123.01 to 2123.07.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of December, 2024.
