Legal Notice2024 ADV 293524—Jeffrey Lutz, Fiduciary of the Estate of Joseph Leroy Owens, Deceased vs. Unknown Heirs of Joseph Owens, et al.Unknown Heirs of Joseph Owens, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on November 14, 2024, the undersigned, Jeffrey Lutz, Fiduciary of the Estate of Joseph Leroy Owens, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Joseph Leroy Owens, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on December 28, 2023, in Case number 2023 EST 281614; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 711 E. 212 St., Euclid, Ohio 44119, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 641-25-081
Situated in the City of Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 12 in Anton Artelj's Miller Avenue Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Lot No. 12, Tract No. 17, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 131 of Maps, Page 344 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 50 feet front on the Easterly side of East 212th Street and extending back 120.14 feet front on the Northerly line, 120.20 feet on the Southerly line and having a rear line of 50 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of February, 2025.
