2025 ADV 295415—Gregory T. Stralka, Administrator of the Estate of Arthur Perry, deceased vs. Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Arthur Perry, deceased.
Unknown Heirs of the Estate of Arthur Perry, deceased, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on February 5, 2025, the undersigned, Gregory T. Stralka, Administrator of the Estate of Arthur Perry, deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed, qualified and acting Attorney and Administrator of the Estate of Arthur Perry, deceased, Cuyahoga County Probate Court Case No. 2024 EST 292112; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 4387 East 175th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 143-08-079
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: And known as being the Northerly 40 feet of Sublots Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in Glena Alta Subdivision of part of Original Warrensville Township Lot No. 83, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 30 of Maps, Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Records, and together forming a parcel of land 40 feet front on the Easterly side of East 175th Street (formerly Glen Alta Avenue) and extending back between parallel lines, 267.78 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, and being further known as Parcel E according to the survey of Joseph E. McSteen, registered engineer and surveyor.
Plaintiff represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to prevent further expenditures which drain the assets of estate and for distribution to the lawful heirs of the estate as will be determined by this Court
Plaintiff prays that said real estate be sold; that the rights, interest and liens of all parties be fully determined, adjusted and protected; that plaintiff be authorized and ordered to sell said real estate according to law, pay fees and costs associated with the sale, and for such other relief to which he may be entitled.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 28th day of April, 2025.
