Legal Notice2025 ADV 295817—Shorain McGhee, Fiduciary of the Estate of LaQuitta Anderson, Deceased vs. LaQuitta Anderson Lewis, et al.Unknown Heirs of LaQuitta Anderson, Unknown Heirs of Stanley Anderson, Alesia Anderson Chillious, and Elaine Anderson Harris, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on February 21, 2025, the undersigned, Shorain McGhee, Fiduciary of the Estate of LaQuitta Anderson, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of LaQuitta Anderson, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on August 12, 2024, in Case number 2021 EST 260282; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 401 Cleveland Road, Cleveland, Ohio 44108, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 111-18-013
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio And known as being Sublot No. 161 in L.M. Southern's Forest Park Subdivision of part of Original One Hundred Acre Lots Nos. 358, 359 and 365 and 366, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 27 of Maps, Page 23 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 40 feet front on the Northeasterly side of Cleveland Road, N.E. and extending back of equal width 100 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendants be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of May, 2025.
