Legal Notice2025 ADV 297677—Thomas G. Mathews, Jr. vs. Fidelity Personal Trust Company, FSB, Trustee of the Thomas G. Mathews, Sr. Revocable Trust dated April 19, 2018, as Amended June 27, 2018, et al.Michael B. Mathews, whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on April 25, 2025, the undersigned, Thomas G. Mathews, Jr., filed a complaint in the Probate Court, One Lakeside Avenue, N.W., of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Thomas G. Mathews, Sr., as Grantor and Trustee, entered into a Revocable Trust Agreement dated April 19, 2018; that on January 1, 2025, Thomas G. Mathews, Sr. passed away; that Thomas G. Mathews, Jr. and Melissa L. Mathews are both adults and are the current beneficiaries of the Trust; and that Thomas G. Mathews, Jr. and Melissa L. Mathews have consented to approve the appointment of Thomas G. Mathews, Jr., as the Successor Trustee of the Trust.
Plaintiffs hereby respectfully request that this Court enter an Order appointing Thomas G. Mathews, Jr. as Successor Trustee of the Thomas G. Mathews, Sr. Revocable Trust dated April 19, 2018.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 9th day of July, 2025.
