Hill, deceased, et al.Unknown Heirs of Cheryl R. Hill, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on February 11, 2025, the undersigned, Matthew D. Deliberato, as Administrator of the Estate of Cheryl R. Hill, deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Cheryl R. Hill died intestate, a resident of the City of Chagrin Falls, County of Cuyahoga, Ohio, on October 27, 2023; and that Plaintiff, Matthew D. Deliberato, is the duly appointed, qualified, and acting Administrator of the Estate of Cheryl R. Hill, deceased, and letters of authority were issued to him on November 26, 2024, and recorded in Case No. 2024 EST 292434 of the records of the Probate Court of Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
Plaintiff demands that this Court determine who are the next of kin, heirs-at-law, their Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, of Cheryl R. Hill, deceased (or, entitled by the laws of this state to the next state of inheritance, and determine the share to which the next of kin or heirs-at-law, their Executors, Administrators, and Assigns, are entitled according to the states in such cases made and provided), and for such other relief as the Court may determine.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 23rd day of July, 2025.
