McGhee, Administrator for the Estate of Lucy Anderson vs. Mae Cade, et al.Unknown Heirs of Lucy Anderson, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on April 25, 2025, the undersigned, Shorain L. McGhee, Administrator for the Estate of Lucy Anderson, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Lucy Anderson died intestate, a resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio on June 3, 2024. To the best of knowledge and belief, the decedent did not have spouse, surviving children, or surviving parents at the time of her demise; and that Plaintiff Shorain L. McGhee is the duly appointed Administrator of the Estate of Lucy Anderson, carrying Cuyahoga County Probate Court case number 2024 EST 290052.
Plaintiff demands that that Court determine the following:
1. who is entitled by the laws of this State to the next estate of inheritance of the Estate of Lucy Anderson, deceased,
2. the shares to which each heir is entitled according to the statutes in such cases made and
3. provide for such other relief as the Court may determine to be fair, just, and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 24th day of July, 2025.
