Musson, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that the deceased, Richard J. Musson, died on March 22, 2023; that based upon information and belief the deceased has no heirs at law; and that no Last Will and Testament for Richard J. Musson has been found.
Plaintiff prays that the court make a determination of the heirs and distributees and their respective interests in the estate of Richard J. Musson.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of July, 2025.
