Unknown Heirs of George H. Siss, deceased; Unknown Heirs of Richard D. Siss, deceased; Unknown Heirs of Doris N. Siss, deceased; Unknown Heirs of Rita Siss Bellido, deceased; Unknown Heirs of Helen Siss Jacob, deceased; and Unknown Heirs of Marie M. Siss, deceased, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on May 29, 2025, the undersigned, Kevin M. Preston, Administrator of the Estate of Helen L. Siss, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed, authorized and acting Administrator of the Estate of Helen L. Siss, as appointed by this Court on February 28, 2025; and that the decedent, Helen L. Siss, is seized of an entire, fee simple interest in the real property located at and known as 306 Runn Street, Berea, Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 362-09-019
Situated in the City of Berea, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being Sub Lot No. 98 in Wallace and Warner's Allotment of part of Original Middleburgh Township Section No. 17 and 18 as shown by the recorded Plat in Volume 2 of Maps, Page 7 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 66 feet front on the Easterly side of Runn Street and extending back of equal width 165 feet, as appears by said Plat.
Plaintiff alleges that it is for the best interests of the decedent's estate to sell the entire interest in the property described herein.
Plaintiff prays this Honorable Court to order sale of the subject parcel of real property in its entirety; that the rights, interests and liens of the parties be fully determined, adjusted and protected; that the Plaintiff be authorized and ordered to sell the parcel of real estate at a private sale, according to all applicable statutes with regard to appraisement and bond; and for such further and additional relief to which the Plaintiff may be entitled.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 13th day of August, 2025.
