Schraff, Guardian of John Skufca, Ward vs. John Skufca, et al.Unknown Next of Kin, Devisees, and Legatees of John Skufca, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on April 4, 2025, the undersigned, Patricia J. Schraff, Guardian of John Skufca, Ward, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, stating that she is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named Ward, an adult, having been appointed as said Guardian on May 17, 2023, in Case No. 2008 GRD 137958; and that said Ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 18806 Mohawk Avenue, Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 114-16-061
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being all of Sublots Nos. 1123 and 1124 in The Berwick Extension Busdivision of part of Original Euclid Township Lots Nos. 10 and 13, Tract 17 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 28 of Maps, Page 14 of Cuyahoga County Records together forming a parcel of land 41.02 feet front on the southerly side of Mohawk Avenue N.E. (formerly Hilton Avenue) and extending back of equal width 100 feet along the Easterly side of East 188th Street (formerly Brandon Street) as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Plaintiff further says that it is necessary to sell said real estate for the reason that the Ward resides at Richmond Heights Place located at 562 Richmond Rd, Richmond Heights, OH 44143 and will not return to the real estate, therefore, the funds are needed to pay the costs of the Ward's support and maintenance.
The Plaintiff/Guardian prays that she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 26th day of August, 2025.
