Ronald Austin, whose address is unknown, will take notice that on July 18, 2025, the undersigned, Nicholas D. Laudato, Fiduciary of the Estate of Shelbie A. Austin-Skinner aka Shelbie A. Skinner, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Fiduciary of the Estate of Shelbie A. Austin-Skinner aka Shelbie A. Skinner, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on December 27, 2022, in Case number 2022 EST 275059; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 248 High Street, Berea, OH 44017, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 362-08-039
Situated in the City of Berea, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being Sublot No. 43 in James Gilruth's Allotment of a part of Original Middleburgh Township, Sections 17 and 18 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 1 of Maps, Page 6 of Cuyahoga County Records.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that he may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of September, 2025.
