Legal Notice2025 ADV 299940—Angela Grama, Fiduciary of the Estate of Maria Grama, Deceased vs. Unknown next-of-kin of Maria Grama, et al.Unknown next-of-kin of Maria Grama, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on October 8, 2025, the undersigned, Angela Grama, Fiduciary of the Estate of Maria Grama, Deceased, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that she is the duly appointed Fiduciary of the Estate of Maria Grama, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on May 27, 2025, in Case number 2025 EST 296685; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 3221 W. 56th Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44102, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 016-10-056
Situated in the City of Cleveland, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows: And known as being Sublot No. 240 in Jas. M. Hoyt Subdivision of part of Original Brooklyn Township Lot No. 47, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 3 of Maps, Page 16 of Cuyahoga County Records and being a parcel of land 40 feet front on the Easterly side of W. 56th Street and extending back of equal width 125 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 16th day of December, 2025.
