Carlos Colon.Carlos Colon, whose last address is unknown, will take notice that on or about March 11, 2025, the undersigned, Lisette Rosa, filed a complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, 1200 Ontario Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that in 2014 she purchased the premises known as 7302 Lawn Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44102, Permanent Parcel No. 006-05-034; that Carlos Colon agreed to be the co-signer on the deed, on the condition that he could live in the premises for a modest amount of rent and have no other obligations regarding the purchase of the premises; that Mr. Colon lived at the premises for only two months in 2014 and plaintiff has not seen him since; and that plaintiff is seeking to clear the title to the premises to reflect that she is the sole owner of the premises.
Plaintiff demands an Order removing defendant Carlos Colon from the deed for real property located at 7302 Lawn Avenue, Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
The defendant named above is required to answer on or before the 26th day of November, 2025.
