Lunn, the place of residence of each being unknown, will take notice that on June 6, 2025, the undersigned, Egidijus Marcinkevicius, Administrator of the Estate of Alice C. Lunn, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that Alice C. Lunn ow Alice Lunn ow Alice Coyle Lunn died intestate, a resident of Cuyahoga County, Ohio on July 2, 2024; that at the time of her death, Alice C. Lunn was unmarried and left no issue, meaning that her property passes to her remaining heirs at law; and that Plaintiff requests that the Court appoint a Trustee for Suit to protect their interests pending the conclusion of these proceedings.
Plaintiff requests that this Court determine who are the next of kin and heirs-at-law of the Decedent, Alice C. Lunn, who is entitled by the laws of this state, specifically R.C. 2105.06, to inherit by intestate succession, and further to determine the share to which each next of kin or heir-at-law is entitled, and for such other relief as the Court may determine.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 2nd day of February, 2026.
