Larry Nathaniel Bryant, Deceased vs. Tonya McMillan, et al.Renee Pachay, whose last known address and current address are unknown, will take notice that on November 14, 2025, the undersigned, Ondre C. Bryant, o.w. Ondre Carnelle Bryant, Fiduciary of the Estate of Larry N. Bryant, o.w. Larry Nathaniel Bryant, Deceased, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed Fiduciary of the Estate of Larry N. Bryant, o.w. Larry Nathaniel Bryant, Deceased, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on June 6, 2025, in Case number 2025 EST 297285; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 1721 Grand Boulevard, Euclid, Ohio 44117, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 649-04-022; 649-04-021
Parcel No. 1 Situated in the City of Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being all of Sublot No. 53-A in Euclid Villas Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township, Tract No. 14, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 72 of Maps, Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 70.98 feet front on the Northeasterly curved side of Grand Boulevard, and extending back 117.34 feet on the Northerly line, 128.72 feet on the Southerly line, and having a rear line of 70 feet, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Parcel No. 2 Situated in the City of Euclid, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being Sublot No. 53-B in the Euclid Property Company's Euclid Villas Subdivision of part of Original Euclid Township, Tract No. 14, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 72 of Maps, Page 30 of Cuyahoga County Records, and being 70.07 feet front on the Northeasterly side of Grand Boulevard and extending back 128.72 feet on the Northwesterly line, 130.32 feet on the Southeasterly line, and having a rear line of 70 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 3rd day of February, 2026.
