Heather Gazvoda, whose last known address is 24174 Maria Lane, North Olmsted, OH 44070, otherwise whose address is unknown; Heath Heredos, whose last known address is 21453 Willow Lane, Strongsville, OH 44149, otherwise whose address is unknown; Jonathon Heredos, whose last known address is 8535 Evergreen Trail, Olmsted Twp., OH 44138, otherwise whose address is unknown; and Judd Heredos, whose last known address is 1945 S. Wabash Street, Wabash, IN 46992, otherwise whose address is unknown, will take notice that on October 16, 2025, the undersigned, Jennifer Hartman, Guardian of Sandra Heredos, Ward, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, stating that she is the duly appointed and qualified Guardian of the above-named Ward, an adult, having been appointed as said Guardian on April 9, 2025, in Case No. 2024 GRD 292715; and that said Ward is seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 11850 Edgewater Drive, Unit 721 and a parking spot, Lakewood, Ohio 44107, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 312-11-814F; 312-11-953F
Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: and known as being Unit No. 721 together with garage space 64 in the Lake House Condominium whose drawings are recorded in Volume 41 of Condominium Maps, Pages 85 to 103 and as amended in Volume 43 of Condominium Maps, Pages 107 to 108 inclusive of Cuyahoga County Records, and as further described by the Declarations of Condominium Ownership and By-Laws attached thereto recorded in Volume 15406, Page 571 and as amended in Volume 15468, Page 25 in Cuyahoga County Records, together with an undivided percentage Interest in and to all the common areas and facilities appurtenant to said unit as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium Ownership, as the same may be amended from time to time, which percentage shall automatically change in accordance with the amended declarations as the same are filed of record pursuant to the provisions of said Declarations and will attach to the additional common areas and facilities in the percentages set forth in such amended declarations, which percentages shall automatically be deemed to be conveyed effective on the recording of each such amended declaration as though conveyed hereby.
Plaintiff further says that it is necessary to sell said real estate to properly care for the Ward.
The Plaintiff/Guardian prays that she may be authorized and ordered to sell the Ward's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 6th day of April, 2026.
