Banks, whose last known place of residence is 1032 29th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46208, otherwise whose place of residence is unknown, will take notice that on October 14, 2025, the undersigned, Nicholas J. Mitchell, Administrator of the Estate of Lawrence Charles Aycox, Deceased, filed a complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed and qualified Administrator of the Estate of Lawrence Charles Aycox, who died intestate on March 19, 2024; and that the Decedent left no surviving spouse, nor any children or siblings, meaning his property passes to his remaining heirs at law.
Plaintiff files this Complaint for this Honorable Court to determine who are or were the heirs at law of the Decedent, entitled to inheritance by intestate succession under 2105.06.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 29th day of October, 2026.
