Sims, Deceased vs. Sally Robinson, et al.Heidi Stover and Vance Richardson, the address of each being unknown, will take notice that on August 15, 2025, the undersigned, Mark M. Turner, Fiduciary of the Estate of Karen E. Sims, Deceased, filed an amended complaint in the Probate Court, 1 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, alleging that he is the duly appointed Fiduciary of the Estate of Karen E. Sims, having been appointed as said Fiduciary on November 5, 2024, in Case number 2024 EST 291795; that said Decedent died seized of the entire interest in the following real estate located at 2251 South Belvoir Blvd., University Heights, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio, and further described as follows:
Permanent Parcel No. 721-16-038
Situated in the City of University Heights, County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio: And known as being Sublot No. 54B in the A Re-Subdivision of the Heister Center Green Company's Center Green Allotment of part of Original Warrensville Township Lot Nos. 6 and 7, as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 85 of Maps, Page 6 of Cuyahoga County Records, as appears by said plat, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary represents that it is necessary to sell said real estate to pay the debts of the Estate (ORC §2127.02).
The Plaintiff/Fiduciary prays that all the rights, interests, and liens of the Defendant be fully determined, adjusted, and protected and that she may be authorized, and ordered to sell the Decedent's interest in said real estate as directed by the Court.
The defendants named above are required to answer on or before the 14th day of April, 2026.
